We want to update you on the status of the physical editions and, first and foremost, say thank you. Your initial support during this campaign helped us secure the necessary interest for Tesura Games to join the production. We are proud to know that Eden Genesis will have a permanent place on your shelves—a major milestone for game preservation, especially now that the industry is beginning to step away from physical formats.
We know the wait is getting longer, and we understand your concerns upon seeing the game arriving at retail stores. Coordinating the production and global logistics for all the physical rewards is a massive organizational challenge for our studio, especially when added to the workload of the various game launches we are managing right now. However, we are putting all our effort and resources into getting these editions to you as soon as possible.
The good news is that all your game units are already secured and reserved. Right now, we are finalizing the last physical assets for the remaining rewards so we can begin shipping before the end of the year.
As a token of our gratitude for your patience, we have made a decision: we are including a special, unique asset in all your physical units (including the standard editions). This extra item will be completely exclusive to Kickstarter backers, making your copies highly collectible, limited, and unique. We truly believe it will be worth the wait.

We want to share an image of the collector's edition that our partner Tesura Games recently revealed. This image serves as a perfect example of the high quality, materials, and finishes that the final product will feature.

However, we want to provide an important clarification for your peace of mind: your Kickstarter editions will be exactly as shown and promised during the campaign. The version you will receive as backers is the exclusive edition. Not only will it maintain all the high-quality standards promised, but it will also include unique elements, such as the exclusive box cover art, setting it apart from the standard retail version.
We are moving forward with the final manufacturing stages to ensure this gem reaches your home during 2026.

We want to reach out to give you a transparent update regarding the status of the Eden Genesis physical editions, following our announcement in September about our partnership with Tesura.
We are happy to confirm that the project is moving forward steadily and we have officially entered the final manufacturing process. However, we want to be very realistic about the timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
Although we are in the "home stretch," this does not mean shipping is immediate. Manufacturing high-quality physical editions is a complex process that involves several stages of validation, printing, pressing, and assembly. Therefore, there are still a few months of work ahead before the boxes are ready to leave the warehouse.
We prefer to be upfront about this now and remain cautious with dates, as we prioritize ensuring the product reaches you in perfect condition rather than rushing the process.
The good news is that everything is on the right track, with no unexpected issues, and we are hitting our milestones. Thanks to this steady progress, we can guarantee 100% that your copy will be in your home within this year, 2026.

Eden Genesis: The Physical Edition is Now in Production!

After the wait following the Eden Genesis Kickstarter campaign, we can finally announce that the physical edition is already in production. We know you’ve shown great patience during this process, and we have worked hard to deliver the best possible version of the game. Over the next few days, we will also be revealing some exciting surprises.
We couldn’t share this news earlier, as making this physical edition a reality has been both a major challenge and the result of a complex negotiation. Thankfully, Tesura has placed their trust in our project, and with their strong support and expertise in physical editions, we can guarantee that the final product will be a true gem.
We want to thank you once again for your patience and remind everyone that the September date has always been an estimate. Kickstarter projects often face unexpected difficulties beyond our control, so we kindly ask for your continued understanding. Now that the NDAs allow us to talk more openly, we will keep a more fluid and collaborative communication with the community going forward. Thank you all for standing with us.
Unfortunately, we also have to share some bad news: the Xbox version will not be possible. The minimum requirements and production costs make this version unfeasible. Therefore, we kindly ask all Xbox backers to send us a private message so we can discuss individually the best solution for each case. Sadly, the number of requests for the Xbox version was very low, which made reaching an agreement impossible.
Thanks to your incredible support on Kickstarter, indie studios like ours can make the impossible possible. We are truly grateful to our community for walking this path with us.

Dear backers,
First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for the silence over the past few months. We’re fully aware that the lack of updates has caused concern among some of you, and we completely understand the criticism.
The main reason behind our absence has been our decision—perhaps a misguided one—to focus more on personal communications and on our official Discord channel. Additionally, much of what we’ve been working on is currently under NDA, which has made it difficult to share anything truly meaningful or exciting. This led us to believe that it was better to remain silent than to share updates with no real relevance. However, we now understand that communication is important, even if there are no big announcements.
That’s why, in response to some of your messages, we’re releasing this update to let you know that we are still working hard to deliver the promised physical rewards. The initial estimated delivery date was set for September 2025, and that remains our target. As we get closer to that date and have more concrete news, we’ll make sure to keep you informed.
We also want to remind everyone that producing a physical edition is always a major challenge for an indie studio, especially for a game like Eden Genesis, which doesn’t involve a massive production volume. Still, we’re progressing steadily and doing our best to meet our goals. That’s all we can share for now—but rest assured, we’ll update you as soon as we can.
